In-Transit Data Loggers
A monitoring device rides inside the parcel, recording the full temperature curve so the journey can be reviewed instead of assumed.
Carrier Sequencing
Pickups and dispatch windows are timed with our courier partners to cut idle time, avoid weekend holds and shorten total door-to-door duration.
Travelling Paperwork

The cold chain workflow

Controlled Storage
Stock is held in its qualified refrigerated or frozen unit under continuous monitoring until the pick list is released.
Pack-Out
Refrigerant is pre-conditioned, the shipper is loaded to a fixed configuration, and the build is checked against the product’s requirement.
Logger Activation
The monitoring device is started, sealed inside the parcel and linked to the order reference before the box is closed.
Dispatch & Tracking
The consignment is handed to a courier flagged for temperature-sensitive freight and tracked through every scan point.
Arrival Review
On delivery the logger data is read back and compared with the specification to confirm the chain held from end to end.

Please open temperature-controlled parcels promptly, transfer the contents to their stated storage condition, and tell us the same day if anything looks wrong. Early notice makes investigation far more effective.
