Research Chemicals China supplies research chemicals, reference materials and laboratory reagents to universities, research institutes, biotechnology companies and qualified independent researchers.

Everything we sell is intended for legitimate scientific research and laboratory use only. Our products are not supplied for human consumption, clinical use, veterinary use, food or cosmetic applications, or any purpose outside a bona fide research setting.

By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are legally permitted to receive the materials in your jurisdiction, and that you are purchasing for genuine research purposes.

2Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where payment or identity cannot be verified, or where an order conflicts with our Research Use Policy.

The confirmation email you receive after checkout acknowledges that we have your request; it is not acceptance of the order. A contract forms when we dispatch the goods.

We may limit quantities, require additional verification for institutional or high-value orders, and decline service to customers with a history of non-payment or policy breaches.

3Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in [usd] and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

Payment must clear in full before dispatch unless we have agreed different terms with you in writing. Accepted methods are listed at checkout and currently include [Bitcoin].

Clearing times vary by method. Orders paid by bank transfer are held until funds are confirmed received.

4Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed on business days. Those placed before our daily cut-off are normally prepared and dispatched the same day, subject to payment clearing and stock availability; later orders move to the next business day.

5Customs and Import

You are responsible for making sure that importing the products you order is lawful in your country and that you hold any licence or permit required. We recommend checking this before ordering.

We prepare commercial invoices and customs paperwork accurately, but any duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or similar charges levied at the destination are yours to pay.

We are not liable for consignments seized, delayed or returned by customs authorities. Where that happens we will review the circumstances and deal with each case individually.

6Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted for unopened items where the product type and applicable law allow it. Incorrect shipments are replaced, and transit damage is investigated with the carrier.

Quality concerns are reviewed against our batch records and retained samples through a documented investigation process.

Custom synthesis and special-order items are made for you specifically and are generally not returnable. Material returned without a return authorization cannot be processed.

7Quality and Documentation

Each batch passes through documented release procedures covering identity confirmation, purity assessment, visual and packaging inspection, batch documentation and retention sampling. Certificates of Analysis are issued where applicable and available on request.

We cannot guarantee that a product will be suitable for your particular experiment or method. Confirming fitness for your intended application remains your responsibility.

8Product Information

Descriptions, specifications and purity figures are given in good faith on the basis of our own assessment. Beyond that we make no warranty as to completeness or suitability for a specific purpose.

Images and packaging shown on the site are illustrative; the item you receive may differ in appearance. We may update product data, specifications and availability without notice.

9Research Use Policy

Our products are supplied strictly for laboratory research. They are not for human or animal administration, and not for use in consumer, food, cosmetic or medical products.

By ordering you confirm that you will use the material lawfully, in an appropriate facility, and in line with your institution’s safety and ethical requirements.

We may verify the legitimacy of any order, ask for evidence of research use, and refuse or terminate supply where our policy is breached.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from our products, website or services — including lost research time, lost data or lost profits.

Our total liability for any claim connected to a product will not exceed the price paid for that product.

We accept no liability for loss or damage resulting from improper handling, storage or use. Appropriate safety controls and risk assessment are the responsibility of the receiving laboratory.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11Intellectual Property

The content of this website — text, images, graphics, logos, layout and product descriptions — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and related rights.

You may access and use the site to review products and place orders. Reproducing, republishing or commercially exploiting our content without written permission is not permitted.

12Privacy and Data

Personal data is collected and processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Placing an order means you accept that we will use your details to process, fulfil and support that order.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to fulfil your order, or where the law requires disclosure.

13Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, industrial action, supply shortages, natural events or changes in law.

Where such an event occurs we will contact you and agree either a revised timescale or a refund for anything undelivered.

14Severability

15Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy and Research Use Policy, form the whole agreement between you and Research Chemicals China in relation to your purchase, and supersede earlier discussions or representations.
