Our warehouse operations follow a structured, quality-driven process from the moment materials arrive to the moment they leave for your laboratory — anywhere in the world.
01 · Receiving & Inspection
Documentation verified against the purchase order, packaging integrity checked and materials visually inspected. Any discrepancy is flagged and resolved before a batch is accepted.
02 · Quarantine & Testing
Materials are held in quarantine pending analytical assessment. Only once testing is complete and results reviewed does a batch move into available inventory.
03 · Controlled Storage
Continuous monitoring, dedicated cold storage and FIFO rotation keep every product in optimal condition for as long as it is with us.
04 · Order Fulfilment
Real-time inventory allocation, same-day dispatch before the daily cut-off and material-appropriate packaging sealed with tamper-evident closures.
Inventory Management
Our inventory system is built to give you real-time visibility and dependable availability. When you see a product on our website it is either in stock or clearly marked with its availability.
Real-time inventory. Our systems update continuously, so the availability shown reflects actual stock levels. That removes the frustration of ordering something that turns out to be unavailable.
Batch-controlled inventory. Every product is managed at batch level, which lets us track individual batches from receipt through to shipment and maintain traceability and quality control across the whole supply chain.
FIFO rotation. We operate a First-In, First-Out rotation system. Older batches are picked before newer ones, so nothing sits in storage longer than it should and you always receive fresh material.
Temperature-controlled storage. Where required, materials are held in temperature-controlled environments with monitoring systems tracking conditions continuously to keep storage parameters within specification.
Batch-level traceability
Every product we ship can be traced back to its origin through our batch-controlled inventory system. Lot numbers, receipt dates, test results and storage conditions are all recorded and retained.
Packaging Standards
Packaging is one of the most underappreciated parts of supply — and one of the most important. A product can be of the highest purity, but if it arrives damaged or compromised by poor packaging it is of no use to the person who ordered it.
Our packaging policy is built around three objectives: protection, privacy and compliance.
Protection. We use moisture-resistant inner packaging where appropriate, tamper-evident seals on all product containers and secure secondary containment for sensitive materials. Temperature-sensitive products ship with suitable thermal management to maintain stability in transit.
Privacy. Orders are shipped in plain external packaging, with outer labelling limited to what transport documentation requires. We respect our customers’ privacy and the confidential nature of procurement.
Compliance. Our packaging meets the applicable transport regulations for everything we ship. Commercial invoices and customs documentation are prepared accurately and in line with shipping requirements, and batch labelling on internal packaging maintains traceability from our warehouse to your bench.

Shipping & Fulfilment

Research timelines are tight, and any delay in receiving materials can have cascading effects on experiments, publications, and project milestones. Our strategic location in Asia, combined with partnerships with leading global carriers, is designed to keep transit times short and reliability high — wherever you are in the world.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before our daily cut-off of 2:00 PM are normally prepared and dispatched the same business day, subject to payment verification and stock availability.
Orders received after the cut-off are processed on the next business day. Our team coordinates with carrier pickup schedules to ensure dispatch happens as quickly as possible for every destination.

We work with recognised international carriers to ensure reliable delivery:
Europe
DHL Express, UPS and FedEx — delivering to EU destinations in 2–5 business days, and within the Netherlands in 1–2 days.
United States
UPS, FedEx and USPS Priority Mail — domestic delivery in 2–5 business days from our US fulfilment centre.
International
DHL Express Worldwide, FedEx International Priority and UPS Worldwide Saver — reaching destinations worldwide in 5–12 business days.
Delivery Timeframes
Timeframes allow for customs processing and carrier variability. Tracking information is emailed as soon as the shipment leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Fees
Tax Information – Orders shipped to Asia, North America, South America, Europe, Australia, and Africa are not subject to additional taxes. For all other destinations, a flat rate tax may apply. Any applicable taxes or duties will be clearly communicated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes that may apply in their specific country.
